Father Basil, a Catholic priest from Kerala, was chosen by the Lord to serve as His faithful servant. Blessed with miracles and spiritual powers, he served as the director of Prarthna Bhawan, a retreat center in Machiya Khurd, Ludhiana, for over 20 years. With the support of the Jalandhar Diocese, he established a Catholic TV channel named Prarthna Bhawan TV. Currently, he is associated with Yeshu Masih Bhawan. During his priesthood, he witnessed many miraculous healings, deliverances from demonic powers, and countless lives transformed from sin and harmful habits.

India. He is anointed with healing power and powerful preaching. He was the founder of
Prarthna Bhawan, a retreat centre in Machian Khurd Ludhiana and he remained as a Director of
the Prathna Bhawan more then 20 years. And he established a Catholic North Indian T.V
Channel also. In 2017 he was incardinated to Delhi Faridabad Syro Malabar Diocese.

BENEDICTINE SISTERS OF MARY Monastery was founded by Fr. Basil Mookhantthothil. When he was a brother while doing his philosophy study in Jalandhar at Trinity College in the year of 1989 5th October he heard a voice from God that he should start a group of preachers to proclaim the word of God with the motto, “to preach Jesus where his name has not yet been reached”. At that time he couldn’t understand this vision. But again in 1994, he got the same vision. In this vision, Jesus asked him to start a group of preachers to proclaim the word of God. After this vision Fr. Basil Mookhantthothil understood the plan of God and started writing about the messages that he was receiving from God.
